We are situated only 2 minutes to a main shopping centre, 20 minutes to Darwin CBD & Mindil Beach, 10 minutes from boat ramps, and a stones throw to Litchfield and Kakadu National Parks.

The space

2 bedrooms both with queen beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge room, full bathroom and full kitchen, with an external washing machine and clothesline.

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the entire cottage.

Other things to note

We are an active family with young kids, friendly dogs, and quiet buffalo. Our cottage is situated next to our residence, and a small number of rural camp sites located at the back of our 10 acre property, so to keep the peace for everyone we do not permit parties.
